Reminder for Tuesday's Session

Just a reminder that I will be running a Session tomorrow at 9:30a. Please email or call me if you plan to attend, I have space for 3-4 more. Hope to see you.

Sessions will resume after the Labor Day Holiday starting on Thursday, September 9. Will send another email next weekend with the specifics on the schedule.

Schedule for Week of 8/22 & 8/29

-Trying to set up a regular 5:45a class 1-2 days midweek. Let me know if you you are interested.

Sessions This Week

Hello!

It's August and I'm still hopeful that the weather will actually get hot and STAY hot. The upside is, with this weather, we'll never overheat at the track while we workout! So, come on out this week and get a session in.

Here's the schedule for this week:

Group Core Sessions:
Tuesday: 9:30a
Thursday: 9:00a
Saturday: 8:00a

Also, let me know if anyone is interested in a 5:45a Session on Friday morning, and I can set one up.

Please note that next week: Week of August 9th, I will only be holding 1 Session on Tuesday, August 10th, as I will be travelling Thursday, August 12th to Saturday August 14th.
