While running my holiday errands I noticed that Aviation Park has re-opened. So we can get back to our beloved track for our workouts! Happy Holidays!
Just a quick note to say Happy Holidays to you all!
I am mostly taking a break for the Holidays this week. However, I am available for a Monday morning workout (yes tomorrow morning!) at 9:30a if anyone is interested. Given the rain, the session would have to be at my home. So, please let me know ASAP and I will be happy to workout with you.
The schedule will be back to normal between Christmas and NYE for anyone who is around and interested in a few sessions. I will send out the schedule next Sunday.
So, have a nice relaxing break and I look forward to seeing you all very soon.

Workouts to help with all of the Holiday Sweets

4 Holiday Parties and 1 Birthday Party crammed into 1 weekend and I am so ready for a workout! Come join me. This week will be the usual schedule, but next week will be modified due to come upcoming Holiday Travel plans. So come get your workouts with me this week.
