Testing New Session Format, Saturday, July 30th 8am

Hello!

Hope you are all having a great week!

I'd like to test out a new session format that combines athletic agility training with core stability work and am looking for volunteers to try it out for free. Looking for a total of 6 persons (half males & half females). The Demo will be on Saturday, July 8th at 8am. Location TBD in Hermosa. Let me know if you can join, all I ask is for your feedback after the class.

Please note that I will not be having any sessions, next week, week of August 1st. Apologies for any inconvenience. Sessions will be back on the following week of August.

Challenge yourself this week.

Last week, I worked out using a TRX suspension system and it was a heck of a workout! I did 1 legged suspended planks, bicep curls at an angle, side lying suspended oblique work and a whole lot of other suspended moves. In addition to all of these circus tricks, I did a lot of burpees, which I don't think I've done since the Physical Fitness Test in High School. In all, it was a great workout that reminded me that mixing up the exercise routine a bit by trying something new is not only challenging, but can also take you to new levels of strength and fitness. So challenge yourself to something new this week. Break out that old jump rope, try out some burpees or take a class you've never taken before or haven't been to in a long time.

Ready for a summer tune up?

Hello!

After a long holiday weekend and a million BBQ's, I'm pretty ready for a summer tune up. So I'm going to get back on to my workout schedule of at least 5 quality workouts this week. Let me know if you want to join me. Moreover, make this week the week that you get back on to your own exercise regimen. Ideally you should do 2-3 days of cardio and 1-2 days of muscle conditioning. Hope to see you at a session this week!

Sessions only on Saturday, July 9th this week

Hello!

Hope you all had a fantastic 4th of July Weekend. Just a quick note that I will only be available for Sessions on Saturday, July 9th.
If you'd like to join, please shoot me an email. I'm also open for a Run Club Session on Saturday if anyone is interested.

I am considering starting a Mini-Intensive the week of July 11th. The Mini will meet 2 days/week for 3 weeks. Days and times TBD depending on everyone's schedules. Email me to let me know what days and times work for you.
