Sessions Tuesday - Saturday this week

Hello!

Hope you had a great week and are enjoying this gorgeous weather. Just a quick note to let you know that I will be available for sessions Tuesday through Saturday of this week. Times are below. Note that next week, (week of July 4th) I will have limited sessions due to travel plans.

Run Club:

I'm available, Thursday at 8:30a and Saturday morning for a Run workout. Let me know if you'd like to join. Min of 4 persons needed to run.

Summer is Officially Here!

Yay! Summer is officially on us and the weather report says sun for most of this week. So hope you make some time for outdoor workouts (with sunscreen of course). Note the schedule is modified this week, but I will have more sessions available for you next week. Hope to see you in a session soon.

Schedule this week & the 3x3 Intensive

Write down what you eat everyday for one week...

...it's such a simple task, but it's a pretty telling tale of what kinds of foods you eat on a regular basis. If you are not following any specific diet this is a great "experiment" for yourself to see what kinds of foods you naturally gravitate to.

If you already watch what you eat, this could reveal that you may need some variety in your diet. Oftentimes I find 1 amazing healthy recipe and then make it every week for a few months to the point of burn out. If you don't watch what you eat, you will see how often you eat unhealthy foods. Snacks are usually a big culprit, a lot of energy bars (cliff bars, luna, etc) pack a LOT of sugar and many alternative chips (veggie chips, etc) have a LOT of sodium. Try it out, see what you find out at the end of the week and let me know how it goes.
