Barbfit Sessions this week

Hope you everyone had an amazing weekend with all of this beautiful sun. Hope you can join me for a workout this week. Schedule is below.

Core Group Sessions:

Tuesday - 9:30a (Full - we have 5 total for Tuesday) Donna, Allison, Kelly + 1 and Carina. Email me if you'd like to be on the "back up" list, in case someone cancels.

Thursday - 9:30a (I have 1 possibly 2 spots left) Please let me know ASAP, if you would like to take the spot and/or want to be on the "back up" list. Right now I have Allison, Kelly +1 and Carina.

Friday - 10:00a (Minimum 3 people to run)

Saturday - 8:00a

All Sessions at Aviation Park.

The Intensive continues on Wednesday and Friday.

Workouts this Week

Core Group Sessions:

All sessions at Aviation Park in Redondo.
Tuesday: 9:30a (I have 2 spots left for Tue, email me ASAP if you'd like to join)
Thursday: 9:30a

Intermediate - Advanced 6 Week Intensive: Currently fully booked.
Starts on Wednesday of this week at 9am! For those of you who are signed up, I will be sending you a separate email with all the details.

As usual, bring a friend to try their first session for free. Hope to see you all soon!

Sessions Week of 9/13

Core Group Sessions:

Tuesday: 9:30a
Thursday: 9:30a (I may be able to move this to 9a, pending sitter availability)
Saturday: 8:00a

I can also do Friday at 5:45a, but will need 4 min to commit.

6 Week Intensive - Intermediate to Advanced:
We have 4 committed, so it's on! We have room for 1 more, so if you are interested, please email me ASAP. Sessions will be Wednesdays and Fridays at 9a starting week of 9/20.

Squeezing in your workouts

I know most of you, like me, are adjusting to the new schedule with kids in school and may have put working out to the sidelines. Well, here's your chance to get back on the workout wagon by squeezing in a Core Session with me this week. Also, for those of you who are looking for a new challenge, I would like to start an Intermediate Level Intensive (more details below).

Reservations are required and Max # of students is 5, so please make sure to email me to reserve your spot.
Thursday, 9/9/10 - 9:30a
Saturday, 9/11/10 - 8:00a

I'm also available for Sessions on Friday at the following times, but will need a minimum of 3 people/session to run. Please email me ASAP if you would like to join. Also, feel free to bring a friend (or 2) to their 1st session for free.
Friday, 9/10/10 - 5:45am
Friday, 9/10/10 - 9:30am
Friday, 9/10/10 - 6:00pm

6 Week Intensive: Intermediate Level
I would love to start up another intensive for those of you who have taken 6 or more sessions with me. I am thinking about Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9am and it would start in mid to late September. I need 4 people minimum and max out at 5 people. I may have 2 already interested, so only need 2 more to make this happen. Email me as soon as possible so that we can get this started. It will be a LOT of fun!
