Time to work off all those Halloween Treats!

Happy Halloween!

Hope you had a blast! Personally, I feel like I've eaten an entire truckload of candy and treats in the past 72 hours. So, let's get together for a few sessions this week to work it off.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS: Aviation Park is closed November - December. So for this week, we are going to meet at South Park in Hermosa Beach. Please also remember to bring water, wear sunscreen and/or bring a hat as it is supposed to be sunny and warm all week.

Sessions this Week, Aviation Field and Healthy Halloween Treats

Hello,

Hope you are all well. Hoping for a dry week so that we can all get back to some outdoor workouts. Again, if it rains on a the day of a session, the backup location is my home in Hermosa.

Core Group Sessions - Aviation Track Redondo Beach:

6 Week Intensive continues on Wednesday and Friday at our normal time.

News About Aviation Field:
Our beloved Track at Aviation will be closing during the Month of November and December for the installation of new turf. So, I am scouting a new temp location for our outdoor workouts. South Park in Hermosa Beach is a possibility as well as Polliwog Park in Manhattan. If you have any suggestions, please email me and I will scope it out. Two big requirements: A fence to hold on to and a flat grassy area (fake grass is best).

Sessions this week and possible Mini Intensive

Hello,

Here's the session schedule for this week. Please email me to save your spot. Remember if it rains, the back up location for the track is my home in Hermosa Beach. I will confirm by email by 8am on the day of the session.

Core Group Sessions:
Tuesday: 9:30a
Wednesday: 5:45a (3 person minimum)
Thursday: 9:30a
Friday:5:45a (3 person minimum)
Friday: 10:00a
Saturday: 8:00a

6 Week Intensive:
Continues on Wednesday and Friday of this week


3 Week Mini Intensive:
If you are interested in participating in a Mini Intensive, please email me. I need 4 people minimun to run this. The Intensive will be 2 days/week - Monday & Wednesday at 10am, for 3 weeks (6 total sessions) and can start as soon as next week. To join this intensive, you will need to have taken at least 1 session with me. So, think about it and let me know if you'd like to join. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.

Reminder about Sessions on Wet/Rainy Days

Hello,

Just a reminder that if it's raining or too wet on the field, the back up location is my home: 960 15th Pl. in H.B. I have a large living room that can accomodate us. I will shoot an email in the AM to confirmed attendees to confirm location on these days.

PS: I'm investigating other indoor locations for rain days, but have
not yet determined the best venue for us. Will keep you posted.
