Workouts this Week

Hello!

Quick note about this week's schedule. Also, check out a great article from More Magazine that I just posted on this Blog, very cool take on Yoga and it's benefits.

Schedule this week:

Core Group Sessions:
Please make sure to email me to reserve your spot.
All sessions at Aviation Park in Redondo.
Tuesday: 9:30a (I have 2 spots left for Tue, email me ASAP if you'd like to join)
Thursday: 9:30a

Intermediate - Advanced 6 Week Intensive: Currently fully booked.
Starts on Wednesday of this week at 9am! For those of you who are signed up, I will be sending you a separate email with all the details.

As usual, bring a friend to try their first session for free. Hope to see you all soon!
