Squeezing in your workouts

I know most of you, like me, are adjusting to the new schedule with kids in school and may have put working out to the sidelines. Well, here's your chance to get back on the workout wagon by squeezing in a Core Session with me this week. Also, for those of you who are looking for a new challenge, I would like to start an Intermediate Level Intensive (more details below).

Scheduled Core Group Sessions this week:
Reservations are required and Max # of students is 5, so please make sure to email me to reserve your spot.
Thursday, 9/9/10 - 9:30a
Saturday, 9/11/10 - 8:00a

I'm also available for Sessions on Friday at the following times, but will need a minimum of 3 people/session to run. Please email me ASAP if you would like to join. Also, feel free to bring a friend (or 2) to their 1st session for free.
Friday, 9/10/10 - 5:45am
Friday, 9/10/10 - 9:30am
Friday, 9/10/10 - 6:00pm

6 Week Intensive: Intermediate Level
I would love to start up another intensive for those of you who have taken 6 or more sessions with me. I am thinking about Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9am and it would start in mid to late September. I need 4 people minimum and max out at 5 people. I may have 2 already interested, so only need 2 more to make this happen. Email me as soon as possible so that we can get this started. It will be a LOT of fun!
