Hope you can join me for a workout this week. The weather should be warm and sunny all week so it's a perfect time to get out to the track and do a session with me.
I can't believe that it's been a year since I started these workouts with you all. It's gone by so fast! To celebrate, this week will be Client Appreciation Week. So, if you bring a new friend to a session this week to try it out, if they sign up for a 5 Pack, then you will get a free class! So tell a friend and bring them with you! Friday, No Session as I am travelling
Saturday, 8:00a All Levels (2 person min to run)
3 Week Mini-Intensive
I'd like to start a 3 week mini-intensive for All Levels starting next week. I will need 5 people min to run the mini, so let me know if you are interested. Sessions would run Tues/Thurs mornings for 3 weeks in February.
