Kick Start Your 2011 Workouts with a few Barbfit Sessions

It's January, a new year and a great time to get back into your routine of working out. So why not hop in to a few Barbfit Sessions to get you back into a regular workout regimen. Even better, try out an Intensive Session with a dedicated workout group. It's a great way to help you stick to your health and fitness goals for 2011. Below is the schedule for this week and some announcements for the weeks to come. Hope to see you soon!

Schedule This Week
Core Group Sessions: All Sessions at Aviation Park in Redondo Beach
Please Email me to save your spot.

Tuesday: 9:30a All Levels
Wednesday: 9:00a Int-Adv
Thursday: 9:30a All Levels
Friday: 9:00a Int-Adv
Saturday: 8:00a All Levels (2 person min required to run)

If these times don't work for you, email me and I can try to work in another session at another time.

Please note that next week, week of January 17th, there will be no sessions mid week, but I will be available for a Saturday Morning 8a Session.

Client Appreciation Week:
The week of January 24th, will be Client Appreciation Week. More details to come.

3 week and 6 week Intensive Sessions:
I would like to hold an Mini Intensive (All Level) and a Full 6 week Intensive (Int-Adv). Email me if you are interested. Dates TBD based on everyone's schedule.

As usual, bring a friend to try their first session out for free.
