I'm back from a whirlwind of travel and am looking forward to hanging out in the Southbay for the long days of summer to come and, of course, beach weather!

3 Week and 6 Week Intensive:
I'd love to start another intensive with you all in May. I'll need a minimum of 6 people to run it, so let me know if you are interested. I may also start with a 3 week intensive with an option to extend for another 3 weeks. Email me ASAP so that I can determine if it's a go.
Run Club
With a lot of great 5K, 10K and other races coming up, I would love to get the Run Club up and running by next week. I know there's about 8 0f you who are interested, if you know of anyone else, please let me know. I'm drafting up a calendar of workouts by week and will share it with those of you who have expressed interest.
