After a long holiday weekend and a million BBQ's, I'm pretty ready for a summer tune up. So I'm going to get back on to my workout schedule of at least 5 quality workouts this week. Let me know if you want to join me. Moreover, make this week the week that you get back on to your own exercise regimen. Ideally you should do 2-3 days of cardio and 1-2 days of muscle conditioning. Hope to see you at a session this week!

Core Group Sessions this Week
All Sessions require 2 persons minimum to run. Email me to save your spot. Sessions meet at South Park. NOTE: Due to the summer schedule, all mid-week sessions will be run at 9:30a.
