Running on Vacation
One of my favorite ways to tour a new vacation spot is to run. This pic is the view from my first run on my first day. It was a beautiful little 35 minute jog with just me, the view and a handful of other runners in the humid heat of the island. I love that this was just the start of my week and I was happy to have worked out 5 out of 7 of the days away from home. So when you head out on vacation, make sure to pack your running/walking shoes and get out there and enjoy the view. To get you inspired, here's a link to some great beaches for running on vacation.
