I've been to a lot of BBQs this summer and have had my fill of BBQ food. Unfortunately BBQs can be very unhealthy: Chips, salsa, guacamole, multiple potluck desert options. It's very easy to over eat. So, I'm always searching for ways to put out some healthy foods for my next BBQ. I'll include lots of fresh fruit and veggies and try to have more salad than bread around. There's also some great new options for alcoholic drinks to serve such as the Skinny Girl line. I also found some great appetizers in Health Magazine that can be a great new addition :
