Just flew back in tonight from cold and rainy San Francisco to cold and rainy LA??? Whaaat?? Hope you all are bearing with the weather. So let's get our minds off the elements by participating in a few good workouts this week!
Group Core Sessions (All Levels)
Tuesday - No Session (sorry for the late notice but 18 mo old is under the weather)
Thursday: 9:30a
Friday: 10a
6 Week Intensive - (Full - Session is closed)
Wed & Friday: 9a
Mini-Intensive
I'd also like to throw out the option of a mini-session that would start 1st week of June and last for 3 weeks. Essentially, I am trying to line it up to coincide with the last 3 weeks of school. Tuesday & Thursday are still the days i would be shooting for. We would need 4 persons min to make this happen (6 max).
Please let me know ASAP if there is any interest and I will lock the dates & times down.
Also, stay tuned for more info on Summer Workouts. Many of us may be adjusting our schedules for summer break so I will be polling you all on best days and times to continue our workouts.
