Hope you all had a fantastic Memorial Day Weekend! It's a short week so let's get some workouts in so that we can get back to the beach on Saturday!
Schedule for this week:
I am starting a 3 Week Mini-Intensive on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so the schedule will be modified a bit. Here's the schedule for regular Group Sessions for this week:
Thursday & Friday 10am
Saturday 8am
Shoot me an email to let me know if you can join us this week.
I will post soon with more info and dates for the Mom camp, as I sort out my own summer plans. As usual, tell your friends and have them come by to try a free session.
