Schedule Week of July 26th

Hello!

Just a quick note regarding Sessions scheduled for this week. Hope to see you all soon!

Core Group Sessions:
Tuesday, 5:45a (Min 4 persons to run)
Tuesday, 9:30a
Thursday, 9:00a (Can also do 10a, but will need min 4 to run)
Saturday, 8:00a

If you can't make any of the above times, feel free to email me and I am happy to set up other sessions that may work better.

As usual, bring a friend to try out a session for free!
