Group Core Sessions:
Tuesday: 9:30a
Thursday: 9:00a, 10a (upon request)
Friday: 5:45a (4 min to run)
Saturday: 8:00a

Mom Camp:
No Mom Camp this week. Let me know what week(s) work for those of you who are interested and we can set up a special date and time. 4 person min required to run. For more info on the camp go to barbfit.com
Reduced Rates for 1-1 Sessions
Would you like a 1-1 Session? I'm lowering the rates to $40/session (compared to $50/session)so that you can get affordable 1-1 personal attention for whatever type of workout you are looking for. Whether it be an intense 1-1 Core training session or a vigorous boot camp session, I can build a workout just for you. Feel free to email or call me for more info.
