Workouts to get you motivated!

If you're looking for a way to get your head out of this Southbay fog, come workout with me this week! Schedule and tips to get you re-inspired to workout are below.

Schedule Week of July 11th:
I am travelling Thursday - Saturday this week, so I will not be able to hold sessions on those days.

Core Group Sessions:
Tuesday - 9:30a
Wednesday - 9:30a, 10:30a (on request)
Thursday - 5:45a (4 min to run)
Sunday - 8:00a (4 min to run)

How to Motivate:
The worst thing about seeing overcast skies day after day is what it does to my motivation. Honestly, all I want to do is sleep in, stay home and eat junk (example: hot apple pie a la mode). Ok...so I haven't done that yet...although it is tempting. Instead, I'm back to goal setting. My new goal: Beat my best 10k Race Time. I've trained for long distance but I haven't trained for speed, so I'm looking forward to the workouts that will help me to achieve this goal. Have you set a fitness goal for yourself? If you haven't, consider it, it may be just the thing you need to get past the impact of the clouds that have been lingering too long into July.
