Here's the session schedule for this week. Please email me to save your spot. Remember if it rains, the back up location for the track is my home in Hermosa Beach. I will confirm by email by 8am on the day of the session.
Core Group Sessions:
Tuesday: 9:30a
Wednesday: 5:45a (3 person minimum)
Thursday: 9:30a
Friday:5:45a (3 person minimum)
Friday: 10:00a
Saturday: 8:00a
6 Week Intensive:
Continues on Wednesday and Friday of this week
3 Week Mini Intensive:
If you are interested in participating in a Mini Intensive, please email me. I need 4 people minimun to run this. The Intensive will be 2 days/week - Monday & Wednesday at 10am, for 3 weeks (6 total sessions) and can start as soon as next week. To join this intensive, you will need to have taken at least 1 session with me. So, think about it and let me know if you'd like to join. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.
