Sessions, Sessions and More Sessions!

Happy October!

Sessions this week: Please email me ASAP to save a spot as sessions are already filling up. I've added additional sessions on Tues & Thurs. Hope these times work for you all.

Tuesday: 9:30a
Tuesday: 10:30a (min 3 to run)

Thursday: 9:30a
Thursday: 10:30a (min 3 to run)

Friday: 5:45a (min 3 to run)
Friday: 10a

Please note that I will not have a Saturday Session this week. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

6 Week Intensive continues this week on Wednesday and Friday.

Great work for everyone I saw last week. Looking forward to working out with you again this week. As usual, bring a friend to try it out for free and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
