Just a quick note to share this week's schedule and to let you know that we are back at South Park in Hermosa Beach for this week. I'm looking into getting a permit to use Aviation Park in Redondo, but haven't finalized plans yet. So until then, we will be back at South Park (5th Street and Valley). Also, a few of you have asked about tips for healthy eating so I grabbed a quick article from More Magazine below. See below for more details.

Note: That I will only be conducting Saturday Sessions the week of February 21st (aka Ski Week for many of you).
Best Foods for Active Women
A few of you have asked about Tips for Healthy Eating, so below is an article from MORE Magazine that provides a few good tips. I've noticed that when I exercise more, that my cravings for junk foods diminish as my body craves better foods to use as "fuel" for a given workout. For example, if I know I am going for a long run on Sunday, I'll go out of my way to whip up a pasta dinner (lean chicken, spinach in a red sauce over spaghetti), because I want to have a good workout.
