When was the last time you did a push up?

OK...if I am going to ask you this question, I of course have to answer it as well. It's been over a week since I did a push up. Thankfully, I got 2 runs in and a little bit of skiing. So, the week wasn't a total loss for exercise. The reason I ask this question, is because a push up, as simple as it is, is such a great quick and simple exercise that you can do just about anywhere. Also, with proper form, the push up does an amazing job of strengthening the Core Muscle Group. So, try a few push ups this week. You can do them with me at a Session or just squeeze a few in on your own. If you stick with it, and incorporate it into your routine, you will get stronger.

Core Group Sessions: Reservations are required, please email me. All Sessions will be held at South Park this week. Note that in the case of rain, sessions will be moved indoors. Location TBD and I will email all confirmed attendees by 8am the morning of the session.

Tuesday: 9:30a All Levels
Wednesday: 9:00a All Levels
Thursday: 9:30a All Levels
Friday: 9:00a Int/Adv
Saturday: 8:00a All Levels

If there are other times that you would like or if you would like to start your own group, feel free to email me. As usual, tell a friend and bring them with you to a session for free.
