So, I did what I always do this time of the year and I gave up all deserts for LENT. So no cookies, cake, ice cream etc... until Easter Sunday. It's a good way to detox from the October-February junk food fest, but of course I want to snack. So to prevent myself from eating multiple bowls of cereal I've surfed the internet for Healthy Snacks. Below is a list from Self Magazine that I found.
