There are a lot of cool mobile apps out there that you can use for health and fitness. I'm an iphone user and use my phone for about 20 different reasons on a daily basis. I've tried many health and fitness apps too. Although, I haven't found the perfect one for me. There are tons out there to try. See the link below for a list of the Top 20 apps out there.
