Just a few updates for this week:
Mom Camp
-I'm available to do a Mom Camp the week of July 5th with a schedule as follows:
Tues, Thurs, Sat - Core Workout
Wed - Beach Bootcamp
Friday - Run Workout
Cost: $50. Let me know if you are interested. Also note that I am lowering the min for Mom Camp to 4 persons. Would love to spend a week working out with you all. Feel free to email me with any questions.
Schedule this week for Core Group Sessions:
Tues: 9:30a
Thursday: 9a and 10a
Wed & Friday 5:45a (4 min to run sessions)
Saturday: 8a (4 min to run sessions)
Healthy Eating:
With all the BBQ's this summer, I am already getting a bit burned out on burgers and dogs. (ugh!). Found this article on Fitnessmagzine online that has some great ideas for grilling. Enjoy!
