Hello,
6 days until I run the LA Marathon and it's been quite a training experience. I've done long runs, short runs, fast runs, sprints, hills and I have to say I have totally met my running quote in the past 12 weeks. Hope it doesn't rain on Sunday. Yipe!
On the note of running, a few of you have asked about help for your own running goals. If you are interested in getting a group together to work on improving your running, let me know and I can try to get a group together that can meet at convenient times.

Core Group Sessions: Please email me to save your spot. All sessions this week continuing at South Park.
Tuesday: 9:30a All Levels
Wednesday: NO SESSION. (Apologies, as I have a scheduling conflict on that day).
Thursday: 9:30a All Levels
Friday: 9:00a Int/Adv Level
Saturday: 8:00a All Levels.
As usual, bring a friend to try their 1st session for free.
