Warm Weather Tips & Modified Schedule

I'm not sure the weather from week to week can get any more extreme, but here we are with the forecast showing 70's for most of the week. On that note, make sure to hydrate, especially if you are running outdoors. You should have about 3 quarts of water/day; and for every caffeinated drink, you will need to drink another 8 oz to make up for the dehydration that those drinks cause. If you are bad about drinking water, treat yourself to a fancy new water bottle and take it with you wherever you go.

Now go out, enjoy this beautiful weather and hope to see you in a session this week.

Core Group Sessions:
Please note that schedule is modified this week and next.
Please make sure to email me to save your spot. I need a min of 2 persons to run each session.
Sessions continue at South Park in Hermosa Beach

Tuesday: 9:30a All Levels
Wednesday: 9:00 All Levels
Thursday: 9:30a All Levels

Note Next week, I will run Sessions Wednesday thru Saturday.


Run Club:
I have 5 people interested in a Run Club. If you are interested, please let me know and I can provide more detail on what we will be doing. So far we are targeting 1 weekend morning and 1 weekday morning for our run sessions. Sessions will start in April. Hope you can join us!


3 week and 6 Week Intensives:
I'd like to start another intensive in April to get ready for the summer. Please email me if you are interested.
