It's Sunday. Take a quick look back at the past week. Did you get all your workouts in? If you didn't, why not? What got in the way of that run you wanted to do or that class you wanted to take?
Make a promise to yourself that this week, you are going to try your best to not miss them this time. The more you establish a weekly workout routine, whatever it is, the harder it is to break it. You will find ways to work around those obstacles and get those workouts in. So, make a plan for this week to schedule in those workouts.

Wednesday: 9:00a All Levels
Thursday: 9:30a 3-Week Intensive Group (Closed Session)
Thursday: 10:30a All Levels
Friday: 9:00a All Levels
Saturday: 8:00a All Levels
EARLY MORNING SESSIONS: I am available this week for a Thursday or Friday Early morning Session 5:30a or 5:45a. Email me if you are interested, 3 person min to run.

Run Club:
We held a fun Run Club on Saturday morning and would love to have others join us. This week I can host a Run Club on Thursday morning at 8:30a and Saturday morning at 7:00a. Email me for info on our sessions for this week.
