One of the tougher areas to work on is the mid-section. And as you get older, it only gets harder to manage that waistline, if you haven't stayed on top of. So in addition, to regular exercise (5 days a week of cardio + muscle conditioning) modifying the foods you eat and some of your habits can also help to flatten the belly.
